How do I track my order?

Sign in and open My orders — each order shows its live status, from payment through shipping and delivery.

Do you deliver to my pincode?

Enter your pincode on any product page (or in your bag) and we will show the delivery estimate for your area before you order.

How do payments work?

We accept prepaid payment online. You can also pay fully or partly with a Kalakunj gift card at checkout — the card covers what it can and you pay only the remainder.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — see the return & exchange policy. Refunds go back the way you paid; amounts paid by gift card return to the gift card first.

How do gift cards work?

Buy one at gift cards — the code is shown once after payment. Redeem it at checkout; any balance stays on the card for next time. Track balances in your account.
