Return & exchange policy

If a piece is not right, we will make it right. Raise a return or exchange by writing to us with your order number (find it on your orders page) within 7 days of delivery.

How a return works

Once approved, we arrange the pickup or share the return address. Items go through a quick quality check on arrival — unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

Refunds

After the quality check clears, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Any amount you paid with a gift card is returned to the gift card first; if a card has expired in the meantime, its validity is extended so you never lose the money.

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges are arranged the same way — tell us what you need and we ship the replacement once the original clears its check.
