By shopping at Kalakunj you agree to the basics below. The short version: we describe our products honestly, charge what we show, and stand behind what we sell.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees. The total you see at checkout — including GST and shipping — is the total you pay. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; if payment fails, nothing is charged and nothing ships.

Gift cards

Gift cards are a payment method, not cash — they carry a balance, an expiry date shown at purchase, and are redeemable at checkout. Refunds for gift-card payments return to the card.
